By placing an order with ecobunting.co.uk you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us before placing an order. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update these terms of use, and you agree to be bound by such modifications on subsequent visits. You should check these terms periodically for changes. These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

A Contract between the customer and ecobunting.co.uk for the sale of our products will exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. In the event that an item is out of stock, you will be informed when we process your order. We try to ensure that the information on the site is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to replace items with good substitutes when necessary. All delivery dates quoted are estimated and may be subject to change. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date. Please note that a signature may be required for delivery.

Your Right To Cancel  - You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Returns Policy - If you are unhappy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 3 months of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Please inform us BEFORE returning any items. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please indicate on the receipt (which arrived with your order) whether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the items and receipt back in the parcel and send it to: Derry's Den, 26, High Street, Benson, Oxon, OX10 6RP, UK We recommended that you obtain proof of posting returns. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

Payment and Taxes - We accept payment by credit card or cheque. All transactions are shown in £ sterling. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of VAT. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. If you live within Benson or Ewelme (OX10) then you may choose the Benson area – free delivery shipping option and your goods will be delivered to you free of charge. Alternatively you may collect them from Derry’s Den, 26, High Street, Benson. Delivery will be by arrangement.
