POSTAGE

Mainland UK & Northern Ireland delivery (excluding Channel Islands)  - We charge postage and packing at cost. Larger orders need to be sent recorded delivery to ensure delivery. We use recycled packaging where possible. For all mainland UK orders over £100, delivery is FREE of CHARGE.

Local delivery - If you live in Benson or Ewelme (OX10) then you may choose the Benson area – free delivery shipping option and your goods will be delivered to you free of charge. Alternatively you may collect them from Derry’s Den, 26, High Street, Benson. Delivery will be by arrangement.
We aim to prepare your order within one working day of receipt and deliver your goods within the following 5 working days. However please allow one further week in case of any unforeseen delays.

Please note on some occasions, products may be out of stock, in which case your order will either be part-shipped, including advice on when the rest of the order will be dispatched, or we will inform you that your order is being held until a date when the stock is due to arrive.
If you pay by credit card, we only charge the card for the goods when they are dispatched. The delivery service normally requires a signature, so if you expect to be out when the delivery is due, please advise us of an alternative address.

Islands, Scottish Highlands and BFPO orders  - Whilst delivery to these areas does cost us more, we do not normally charge extra for deliveries. However in the event that we believe an order to be uneconomic to deliver we will contact you prior to dispatch if it is necessary to levy a surcharge. Please contact us if you have any queries.

Overseas Orders (including Channel Islands & Republic of Ireland) - We’ll gladly send your order to an overseas destination. For such orders we’ll charge postage at cost.
